Can’t I just find this information online for free?

You can find just about anything online these days, but that doesn’t mean the information is actually valuable! My goal is to educate you about the importance of nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle.

Questions?

  • When does the boot camp start?

As soon as you sign up, which could be NOW! My Nutrition Boot Camp is self-paced so you can start any time you want, but the sooner, the better! Don’t forget you have lifetime access to My Nutrition Boot Camp!

  • Do I need any equipment?

No, there is no required equipment for My Nutrition Boot Camp. However, because much of the boot camp is focused on managing your body fat, it would be very helpful if you had a way to test your body fat percentage. Most gyms will test your body fat for you. However, if you do not belong to a gym or do not wish to have your gym test your body fat, it is recommended that you purchase body fat calipers or a body fat scale. These items are available online and in many sporting goods stores.

  • Can teenagers or children join?

While this boot camp is designed for adults, many of the concepts apply to people of all ages. We encourage you to share and incorporate what you learn with your entire family!
